*pergolas, decks, gazebos, fences, patio furniture, outdoor living areas such as kitchens poolside and fountains.

Using nothing but the best ground contact treated lumber powder coated screws, engineered composite material, or cedar and above city code requirements new yard will be built to last and will require less frequent maintenance. 😀

* rough in new construction Including reading prints taking material list, and layingout job.

* full ground, repair, and/ or repipe using all approved materials for water, irrigation systems, natural gas, chemical waist, sewage. Including acid grade glass drain. 

* installation, repair, and replacement of all appliance, fixtures, plumbing trim, natural gas, water supply and stops, drain and CO2 ventilation, check valve/backflow prevention, air-gap, faucets, toilets, shower pans, chimneys, and every type of water heaters, water filtration and/or purification systems.

* Drain cleaning using every size and type of machine and/or tool/mechanism such as toilet augers.

Power washing and carpet cleaning;

Weather it's soft washing the algae off your roof, cleaning a swimming pool or just seasonal HOA guidelines. Using a pet friendly antimicrobial non-bleaching formula or super degeaser and 3200psi power washer with a service cleaner should do the trick.

As for carpet cleaning, I use a combination of antimicrobial and degreasing cleaning agents and an industrial rug doctor making three passes for best results and dry the air in the room with fans and dehumidifiers to prevent any mold or mildew growth
